As you can see from the title of this post, it's about Nami Island :)

Well,this is the first time i goes here so everything was new for me.

Now,i can saw by my self one of the most popular destination in Korea~

Then this posting will be full of me and my friends picture while in there. Enjoy!!!

Nami island or Namisum are located 3.8 km from Gapyeong County, but belongs to Chuncheon in Gangwon-do. It is 430,000 square meters in area and approximately 4 km in diameter.
These tiny half-moon shaped island are one of the most popular destination in South Korea. Especially the Metasequoia path, was one of the main filming locations of the Korean Broadcasting System 2002 television drama series Winter Sonata, starring Bae Yong-joon and Choi Ji-woo. It attracted 270,000 Korean and foreign visitors in 2001. After it was featured in the drama, it attracted 650,000 visitors in 2002. Since then the number of visitors has continued to grow, reaching 2.3 million in 2012 and 3 million in 2014.

How to go here? How much the price of the ticket? and what attraction or facilities that they have?

First is the direction:

If using [Taxi + Ferry]

 From Gapyeong Bus Terminal or Gapyeong Station, take a taxi to Namiseom parking lot. (Travel time: 10-15 min) Take the ferry from Namiseom Dock to Namiseom Island. (Travel time: 5-6 min)

  If using [Shuttle Bus] 

* Bus stops  1) Insa-dong (Jonggak Station (Seoul Subway Line 1), Exit 3): Next to Tapgol Park 2) Namdaemun Gate (Sungnyemum Square Bus Stop in front of Namdaemun Market)  3) Namiseom Island (Parking lot in front of ticket booth) * Bus schedule (Insa-dong/Namdaemun Gate ↔ Namiseom Island) - Available days: Mondays-Sundays (* Note: the service is not unavailable on Chuseok). - Departing time: Insa-dong at 09:30 / Namdaemun Gate 09:30 / Namiseom Island at 16:00 * Fares Adults 15,000 won (round-trip), 7,500 won (one way) / Children (age 24 months-12) 13,000 won (round trip),  6,500 won (one way).

Second is the ticket price:

General Rates: Adults 10,000 won and Discounted Rates: 8,000 won.

To go to Nami island we will go with ferry/ yacht.

I think around 10 minute in the yacht and the you will arrive in the Nami Islan!!

As you can see, in my picture. The colour of the trees are still green :' Usually in this time the colour would be yellow.. :" So sad but,well... It's still beautiful anyway. ^^ Worth it to came here~ But there are some leaves that already fall, love the colour of it :)

Bay the way,I'm not going here alone. I'm with my friends from different country (they are my college friends in here). From right to left > She's from China and then beside her is me, after me also from China, the girl in the middle also from China but she can speak Korean, then the boy next to her from Indonesia,then beside him are from Korean and the Blue with black hat are from Japan. Actually there's one more guy from Thailand but he's not in this picture since he's the one who took this photograph.

Beside another things that you can do while in here beside taking picture is rent bicycle, Bungee Jumping, ride Electronic car tour (Nami Island riverside tour). Rent bicycle price is 30 minutes 10,000 won / 1 hour 18,000 won. and price of electronic car tour is 5,000 won (about 20 minutes / 1 person) *Tour guide included in price. Beside Nami island riverside tour there are UNICEF Train-One-way price is 2,000 won. And they have water sport too. Such as boat (5 persons with the driver) you can see Nami island through river by rent boat 10.000 won/ person or ride flying fish 20.000won/ person
