As i promised!!! A post with details of the hotel where we (me and some aphrodites members) stay when we in Kuala Lumpur is here. Some of you already ask me through DM in instagram about the hotel, but since i already make a promise i share it here. So who excited to know more?!

Hehehe..

First of all lemme introduce you the hotel name, it's The Kuala Lumpur Journal hotel.

Located in No. 30 Jalan Beremi, Off Jalan Sultan Ismail Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As you can see above that this hotel located in the city centre within around 5 walking distance of the main business district, high-end luxury retail outlets and the city's major malls in Bukit Bintang. Such as farenheit, sungei wang, Lot 10, and Pavillion. Also just minutes away from the vibrant local nightlife, speciality bars and restaurants in the trendy Changkat neighbourhood and local food mecca, Jalan Alor. With excellent access to the monorail, LRT stations and bus networks make this hotel strategic.

The ambience inside the hotel also quite good, there're many instagramable spot thoo.. > <
One of the spot that catch my eyes when i enter the lobby was a lamp beside the receptionist.

Lobby

Oh ya, behind the receptionist there's a restaurant. The interior is pretty good, we're eating our b'fast there and we choose a table nearby window that get a sun light. Well, just for your information that the best lighting for photography is sun light. On the second day (on the first day we arrive in the afternoon).

I choose "Big B'fast" : Egg (You can choose between scramble egg, pouch, sunny side up, omelette, half boiled, etc), Sausage, Red bean, and Tomato grill. For appetizer like salad, soup, fruits, bread are avail in the corner with the dessert, cereal and drinks too!! They have infuse water, juice, coffee, tea and milk even the soya milk. Pretty complete right?! Beside try the Big b'fast on the first day i also try their pancake. It's 2 layers of pancakes served with a strawberry fruit on the top of the pancake and honey sauce with some slice of pineapple fruits. It taste good, but probably cause of i ate it after eat severals food. It's already cold and a bit hard. :' )

The next day i eat English B'fast : English Muffin with egg pouch and ... For real the muffin size is a bit small, it's also hard to cut and eat. :'( I also tried their and it's too sour but i love the granola ^ ^.

After eat our b'fast me and Cynthian goes to second floor. We find Workers Union, Is an escape from the confines of the office. This unique work, social cum dining space combines industrial chic with eclectic details. Featuring three Studios designed for intimate meetings, The Gallery, a flexible space designed for small corporate events, private parties or social gatherings and Workers' Union Bar and Grill, a beer garden with a relaxed chill vibe. You can see below i holding a drink that looks tasty. Well, since Kuala Lumpur weather / climate not far from Indonesia which's hot. They give us a fresh drink~ Taste Sooooo Gweeedddd!!!! You should try this babess... But, I'm so sorry i forget to ask what the name of it. :(

Not just pretty in the day in the night this place's still beautiful!! There's many lamps and you can enjoy a live music on the weekend too~

Well, on the second day we ate our dinner here. They serve us many foods. You can see on the 2nd Pic there's a guy beside me, he's the manager of Food and Beverage. His name is Jimmy. When we're stay in here, he's the one who in charge to make sure we got enough food and he also the one who make a cocktail for us!!!

It's taste So Goood!!! ALL of us really enjoy it~

Overall all the food was good, but our fav is the pasta!!!

Beef Ribs

The texture is tender, they cook it very well! It's easy to chew and swallow~ Taste very sweet but since we pour the lemon so there's a bit sour on some of the part.

Salmon grill

A bit taste fishy, well it's fish anw. Hehehe, anw they also cook it well. The meat soft and the taste not very strong. I didn't eat the vegetable so i dunno what the taste if it. About the sauce it's also not strong. Just sweet with a bit salt.

Grill Chicken

I love the meat texture, they cook it perfectly. It's Juicy and i like how it melt in my mouth. But the spices and the sauce not really there. I mean i cant taste it, i think they didnt put much on this. :(

Salad

Since i didn't like eat salad, i didnt tried this. But all my friends try this and they said the taste like a usual salad taste. But the amount of the salad are many! prob you can get enough with this one bowl (if you're do a diet) :P

Satay Malaysia

They serve this satay with peanut sauce like Indonesia does, but the differentiation between the satay is the taste. In Malaysia the taste was really sweet even the satay and the sauce too. In Indonesia it's more to salty and the sauce is sweet. Then about the meat for me, there's no difference. both of it taste good. :) And you can see there're 2 kind of satay that they served above. I though the other one (white) will be spicy, but when i taste it. It does taste spicy but still the sweet taste more dominant.
Well, i guest Malaysia people like sweet food. :)

Aglio Olio

I already mention before that our fav among all the food is the paste. Well, this 's true. All of us really like their Aglio Olio,even Carols who doesnt like Aglio olio said she love it!!!
The taste is perfect! Spicy and Salt well combined~ Ofc we're recommend you to try this one out. :)

Fries

Well, this one it's not made from potato. It's Guguma (in Korea), in Indonesia they say it Ubi, and In english we can say it .

Hmmm, I think that's all for the restaurant, food and bar. Now we're moving to the room!!!!! Wohooo~

There're 3 type of rooms that you can choose : Deluxe Twin, Deluxe King, and Superior Deluxe.

Since we're 5 persons, we got 2 rooms : Deluxe Twin and Superior Deluxe.

Superior Deluxe

These 8 designer corner Superior Deluxe measure a spacious 34 sqm and come in two stylish designs. All Superior Deluxe have king size beds, ergonomic mattresses, pure cotton sheets with high thread count and duck down pillows, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dedicated lounge space, a 40" flat screen TV, rain shower, a functional workspace with free high speed wifi and plugged-in connectivity. Connecting rooms are available on request. Did us request it? YES ofc we request it~

Actually there're just a bit different from the Superior to the Deluxe Twin. The differentiation is on the size of the bed and the space. But for me who loves to took a morning vibes is more beautiful in here cause of the bed closer to window.

Deluxe Twin

28 sqm with a queen size plus single bed. This room comfortably sleeps three. Features ergonomic mattresses with pure cotton sheets with high thread count, duck down and micro fibre pillows, floor- to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light, a 40" flat screen TV, rain shower, a functional workspace with free high speed wifi and plugged-in connectivity.

Appearance of the corridor

If you ask me about the bathroom, it's same for both rooms. They have hair dryer, a bath set ( towel, sanitary, teeth brush, soap, etc). With pretty design and have a good light too. :)

But too bad, there's something happen :(

and I'm REALLY disappointed!!!!

The story is before we have a dinner, my new cloth a bit messy. I would like to use it for dinner, so i'm using the iron in the 910 (The Deluxe Twin) and there's something stick on the iron. Cause of i didn't check it before use it. It stick on my new clothes. :(

Cause the colour of my clothes is dark green i can see the stain which's black. (-__-")

Well, i call the house keeping and he came to the room. i explained what happen to him, but you know what he's response? He said "so do you want another iron?"

What?! in that time i'm quite shock, are he didn't understand what i'm saying? I show him the iron and my clothes with repeating again the story.

But he's like confused and still ask the same thing!!!!

Stress all over me..... > <

Then in the end after prob 15 minutes he said "I'll bring the iron, kind a leave the clothes tomorrow either in the room or in the receptionist". I though well, fine then and since i didn't have much time (cause of the dinner) i say yes and he go with the iron.

In the next morning on the third day i leave my clothes in receptionist and tell Jessica Tham (Who in charge of the service of the hotel) about my clothes. She said she will took care of it and she bring my clothes with her. But another disappointed happen again!!!

In the next morning which's our last day she came the us when we're having b'fast and said that it's not their fault cause of i iron my clothes by myself not using their laundry services.

All of my friends can't accept it. How came they said it's not their fault, it's their iron!!!????

And then she said she will ask to the GM (General Manager) about this and until the time to us to go to airport she didnt show up. When we call her, she said she on the meeting. And she meet us after we said we gonna leave to airport now but we're waiting her.

In the end....

She contacting Mindy ask price of my cloth, then i sent her an email. BUT

UNTIL NOW THEY DIDN'T REPLY MY EMAIL.

It's kind a sad :(

Since the place strategic, good ambience, many instagramable spot but have LACK IN SERVICES.:(
